Didcot, UK. 1st Sept, 2016. THE BODY of the first trapped demolition worker recovered from Didcot Power Station left the site in a Guard of Honour procession at this morning. Firemen, police officers and ambulance workers who had been on site for hours stood in line to pay their respects as the body was carried out in a Cooperative Funeralcare private ambulance. Didcot, Oxfordshire Thursday 1st September 2016 Families of the trapped men had also travelled down to the site to pay their last respects but did not join the public ceremony.
