Britney Spears surfaces outside the rear exit of her London Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hyde Park early this morning at around 8am, after a night out at Rex Cinema and Bar in London's Soho, reportedly drinking Vodka and tonic and Champagne into the early hours.
