PACIFIC OCEAN – (Oct. 18, 2016) Seaman Austin Smith, a native of Monticello, Ind., removes the internals of a disabled light fixture while conducting maintenance on USS Nimitz (CVN 68) in preparation for an overhaul of the lighting system to a more efficent LED model.
