California Army and Air National Guard aviation assets helped support the city of South Lake Tahoe, Aug. 25, 2014, recertify their airport to be able to handle a major casualty incident by offering up a UH-60 Black Hawk from the Mather Flight Facility, a CH-47 Chinook from Stockton's Bravo Co., 126th Aviation Regiment and a C-130J from the Channel Islands' 146th Airlift Wing as training props.
