Cmdr. Joan Snaith addresses an assembly of family, friends, colleagues and fellow Coast Guardsmen at a Change of Command and advancement ceremony held Thursday, June 30, at Air Station Port Angeles, WA. Snaith was relieved by Cmdr. Brent Schmadeke during the ceremony prior to her being advanced the the rank of Captain. Snaith served as Commanding Officer at the Air Station from 2019 to 2022.
