Later rail for attaching a hunting hanger. Converted percussion lock with safety hook. Carved walnut stock with iron furniture,sideplate in the form of a basilisk,patch box. Piston and lockplate stamped crown/"K",sight,barrel,tang and lockplate with number "2549". Year "1790" behind the trigger guard. Stock with signs of use,small repair in the area of the ramrod pipe.
