Chest x-ray of an 88 year old woman with shortness of breath and a long history of smoking. Exam: Portable AP chest x-ray. Findings: There has been some improvement in vascular congestion. Chronic changes persist including hyperinflation consistent with COPD. No new infiltrates are present.
