Herds of wild elephants are frequently seen in East Africa. I photographed this angry bull elephant in Kenya. Elephants are heavy, plant-eating mammals with a prehensile trunk, long curved ivory tusks, and large ears, native to Africa. Elephants are the largest living land animals.
