John Logan, the command chaplain of Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC), and Capt. Paul Tremblay, the III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) chaplain, on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 26, 2021.
