A committee to memorialize the localgovernments of the Maritime Provinceson the matter of Maritime Union wasinstructed to be appointed and it wasanticipated that the delegates from eachprovince would meet and name theirrepresentation on this committee butthis was found to be impracticable, andnominations were made after correspon-dence as follows:.
