Beckman EASE computer, 1956. This electronic analogue computer was built in 1955 by the Berkeley division of Beckman Instruments Incorporated. Electronic analogue computers worked by using electrical circuits known as operational amplifiers, allowing them to model and simulate the physical systems and processes being studied.
