Zio heart monitor. This ambulatory electrocardiograph records the electrical activity of the heart during normal everyday activities. It can be worn for up to 14 days by patients being evaluated for possible cardiac dysrhythmias. If the patient feels symptoms, a button is pressed to mark the recording. At the end of the 14 days, the patient removes the device and the recording is analysed and interpreted.
