The Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan, a pre-Columbian city that grew to 83 square kilometers and became the largest city in the Americas, reaching its height in 500 AD with an estimated population of 200,000 people. Teotihuacan became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987.
