CORONADO, California (Oct. 21, 2022) Chief Air Traffic Controller Nikita Zellner, assigned to Naval Base Coronado (NBC), receives her anchors from her husband and mentor during NBC’s pinning ceremony onboard Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI). Twelve NBC and Navy Public Affairs Support Element West Sailors were advanced to the rank of chief petty officer.
