The French renaissance decorations of the ro-tunda, corridors and office; the grand staircasewith its bronze ornaments, magnificent allegoricalpainting, and elliptical stained glass sky-light lead-ing to the parlors and main dining-room—all be-speak elegance, comfort and luxury. From thecozy corner, back of the elevators, arranged for aladies reception room, a stairway leads to thesecond floor, opening at the half landing into theentresol, a nook furnished with Oriental
