FORT BENNING, Ga. (July 24, 2018) – From background to foreground, Col. Michael A. Scarpulla, incoming commander of the Airborne and Ranger Training Battalion, Maj. Gen. Gary M. Brito, commanding general of the Maneuver Center of Excellence and Fort Benning, and Col. Douglas G. Vincent, outgoing commander of the ARTB, stand together during the ARTB change of command ceremony. The ARTB held a change of command July 24 at Victory Pond at Fort Benning, Georgia, welcoming Scarpulla to command and bidding farewell to Vincent.
