Leon Chua aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104) for a presail conference in support of multilateral exercise CARAT. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises aimed at strengthening partnerships and increasing interoperability through bilateral and multilateral engagements ashore and at sea.
