Tennis fans and foodies flock to Madison Square in New York

Tennis fans and foodies flock to Madison Square in New York on Monday, August 11, 2014 for samples from the menu of foods being sold at the US Open. The US Tennis Association (USTA) is promoting eating at the Open, which has a reputation for serving notoriously over-priced food, with a food truck visiting the city serving gourmet items from celebrity chefs and from the Open's "Food Village" Samples include Lobster Roll and David Burke Filet Slider. The US Open runs from Aug. 25 through Sept. 8 in Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens. (© Richard B. Levine)
