Darren the dinosaur is three metres tall by eight metres long and was used in Walking with Dinosaurs, He was set free by celebrity Chris Jarvis from outside the BIC. The event was organised by Sainsbury's to encourage people to call into any store to get their red noses to protect themselves should they see the prehistoric creature while out and about.
