CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait – An Air Assault instructor demonstrates rappelling on day seven of Air Assault School’s Class 301-19, Feb. 12, 2019, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. In this final phase, students learn how to rappel from a tower in preparation to rappel from helicopters. Developing a prepared and capable leader is one of Army Central’s modernization efforts.
