MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA - June 02: Premier Daniel Andrews bats off questions from the opposition during a combative Question Time on 02 June, 2020 in Melbourne, Australia. After adjourning due to COVID-19, Victoria's parliament has returned to scheduled sittings from today albeit with COVIDSafe restrictions still in place along with a reduced number of MP’s sitting. It was announced on the 20th May that both houses will sit from June 2 to 4 and 16 to 18. It comes amid heavy criticism aimed at the Andrews led government over the deal with China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
