Protect the Motorman.—The Supreme Courtof Ohio has advanced on the docket the casecarried up from the Common Pieas Court of ClarkCounty, which will determine the constitutionalityof the law requiring the equipment of electricmotor cars with proper vestibules for the safetyand comfort of the men who stand on the frontplatforms in the worst weather of winter.
