It has beentraced three or four miles, and has a generaldirection of northeast and southwest. Strip-ping has been done in a number of places inorder to obtain its width. The rather indefinite, but as near as can beascertained it is 462 feet wide at the widestknown place, which is on 317X. On thelocations we are dealing with, viz.
