Messrs. A. & R. Loggie, R. OLeary andAW E. Forbes have up-to-date cold stor-age and freezing plants. \\e had thepleasure of meeting Mr. OLeary, andwere courteously shown around hispremises. He carries on a large lumberbusiness and his up-to-date general store,filled from cellar to attic with all thingsimaginable, is seldom surpassed in coun-try towns. But to get to the magnitudeof this business one must visit the freez-ers. Here in the middle of summer arepiled tons upon tons of frozen mackerel,salmon, cod and bass, besides all otherkinds of smaller fish. These fish are allcaught in their season, frozen and piledup awaiting favorable markets in theStates and Canada. After saying good-bye to ]Mr. OLeary, with the promise tojoin us with some friends during theweek, we sauntered back to the hotel andwere soon spinning along the road country scenery was nice.
