Eric Colon Santos, a Cidra, Puerto Rico native and tactical control station noncommissioned officer in charge with the 1st Battalion, 43rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 69th Air Defense Artillery “Top Notch” Brigade, maintains situational awareness by tracking the data on multiple monitors during an operational readiness exercise, Jan. 23 in the Army Central’s area of responsibility. Colon Santos and his team had to perform an on the spot ORE for the brigade standardization team to evaluate them.
