Approaching the pedagio on the 10 lane highway linking Sao Paulo and the town of Alphaville. The Sem Parar signs mean without stopping. These lanes are for drivers who pay monthly and have an electronic device attached to the car which records every time they pass and bills them monthly. Alphaville is a commuter area just outside the city where most of the residential areas and the shopping center are gated.
