16/06/15 Hannah Nichols-Pearce (23) starts the elderflower harvest at Belvoir Fruit Farms, Leicestershire. Unusually cool nights in the Midlands have caused the harvest to be three weeks late and it's now a fight against time to bring in the blossoms. The appeal of elderflower cordial has seen Belvoir's sales increase by 20 percent in the last year and the need for the family run business to invest in a £ state of the art factory to keep up with demand.
