Robert Cone, United States forces-Iraq deputy commmanding general for Operations and III Corps commander, avoids a massive mud puddle near the start of the Task Force Phantom Welcome run, a 5K/10K (kilometer) run held at Camp Victory, May 2, to welcome the III Corps Phantom Warriors to Iraq.
