Saddam Hussein's looted palace Babylon, Iraq. He was not likely ever there however it was used by US forces during the Gulf war.

The palace built in Babylon, Iraq some say on the location of the fabled “Hanging Gardens” was supposedly never used by Saddam Hussein. It was ransacked after he was overthrown and everything that could be removed down to the electrical wiring was removed. The palace was later occupied by US troops tasked with the protection from further looting of Babylon. Some traces of the US troops such as a basketball hoop in the grand ball room was left behind. Iraqi’s make use of the hoop for a grand game.
