The suit entered in July, 1890, by the Bemis Car BoxCompany, of Springfield, Mass., against the Boston &Revere Street Railway, the real defendant being the Brill Company, for infringement of the Bemis caraxle box. was decided in the United States circuit courtin favor of Mr. Bemis.
