Presentation of Cheque to HRH The Duke of Kent by Martin Dickinson founder member of Ride To The Wall (RTTW) organisation at National Memorial Arboretum Staffordshire


On 31/03/2011 a cheque for £52,750 was accepted on behalf of the National Memorial Arboretum by HRH The Duke Of Kent,it was presented by founder of the Ride To The Wall organisation (RTTW) Mr Martin Dickinson who holds the position of Ambassador for future fund raising by years pilgrimage of of thousands of motorcyclists to the Armed Forces Memorial in Staffordshire raised over £50,000 on behalf of the National Memorial is now in it's fourth year and is the only Remembrance event of its kind in the country that gives motorcyclists the opportunity to show their support for the Armed ride raises considerable funds for the Arboretum which is part of the Royal British Legion family of The Duke of Kent has a long association with the National Memorial Arboretum and has visited several times since it opened to the public in 2001.
