NEW YORK (May 25, 2016) - A sousaphone player with the Coast Guard Auxiliary Band plays the Navy hymn "Eternal Father" as he sails past One World Trade Center and the site of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum while aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Katherine Walker (WLM 552) during the Fleet Week New York 2016 Parade of Sails. More than 4,500 Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen from 14 vessels including the Royal Canadian Navy are descending upon the city for FWNY, now in its 28th year, to interact with the citizens of New York and the tri-state area, enhancing public awarenes
