In the pouring rain, a couple sit on folding chairs under umbrellas to watch the historic coronation of King Charles III on a large screen in London's Hyde Park. Despite the wet weather, crowds gathered to catch a glimpse of the ceremony, which marked the first coronation in the UK in 70 years. The couple sit in picnic chairs, clutching umbrellas, as they join in the celebrations. But the day was not without controversy, as anti-monarchists and Republicans staged protests against the royal family. Despite this, the majority of those in attendance were enthusiastic royalists, eager to witness the historic moment. Although many people came to London to celebrate the coronation there were also protest from anti-monarchists and Republicans.
