(Nov. 4, 2016) Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy) Joseph Bryan speaks with Seaman Russell Blanton during an award ceremony onboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). While onboard, Bryan presented Kearsarge with a platinum-level fiscal year 2016 Energy and Water Management Awards Program energy efficiency award. Kearsarge is undergoing a planned maintenance period at BAE Systems Naval Shipyard.
