Head, tegulse, and front of thorax black-brown, the rest of thorax pale grey ; palpi white at base in front; pectus and legs white, the fore femora crimson-red on inner side, the tarsi suffused with crimson-red ; abdomen grej' with the lateral area olive-grey on basal half, the sides on terminal half and extremity blackish, the anal tuft red above ochreous below, the ventral surface blackish with some red at base. Fore wing pale grey, with slight dark irroration, the apical half tinged with olive-grey, the costal edge tinged with rufous; antemedial line slight, brown with darker striga from costa, then oblique, waved; a deep olive band defined on outer side by black and then by white from middle of costa to tornus ; a diffused whitish subterminal band ending at tornus, the area beyond it rather darker olive-grey. Hind wing fuscous black.
