An interesting hoodoo-like rock that tumbled down from the cliff behind it after the soft mudstone underneath it eroded away. The bottom portion is Chinle Formation rock; the cap is sandstone of the Wingate Formation. Found beside the road up Escalante Canyon near Delta, Colorado
