The Conclave. One of the most notable gatherings of Sigma Phi EpsilonFraternity men ever held in this country was that which assem-bled at Philadelphia on Monday and Tuesday, April 16th and17th, to attend the Third Annual Conclave. Delegates from everysection of the United States heeded the call of the Grand Officers,and partook of the hospitality of the Quaker City /raters. The meetings of the Conclave were held in the Chapterhouse of Delta Beta Chapter, 261 south Tenth street. Thebrothers of the Jefferson Medical College were ever solicitous ofthe welfare of the members of the Grand Council, and nothingwas left undone to add to the
