It also gives recommendations as to theamount of participation we believe should be requested from the railroadwith retusons therefor. These reports are turned over to the Division ofContracts and Rights of Way to secure the necessary agreements withthe railroad in regard to participation in cost and to make the necessaryapplication to the State Railroad Commission for an order 70 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
