Eidfjord is a small town in Hardanger District, on the west coast of Norway. It is situated at the end of the Eidfjorden, an inner branch of the large Hardangerfjorden, and is a common stopping place for scenic cruises. The Bjoreio River, which runs into the fjord, is a favourite for white water rafting and sports. You can see why! It runs from the Måbødalen and Valley and Vøringfossen falls.
