Then we should work and sleep in the fresh, open air, take plenty of sleep and properly alternate work and rest so that the body may never be caught weakened. jNIuch can be done in this way by hygienic living. Next, the causes of disease should be avoided by preventing the scattering of disease germs and by keeping as far as we can those that do get abroad from getting into our bodies.
