On parting with the old angler, I inquiredafter his place of abode, and happening to bein the neighborhood of the village a few even-ings afterwards, I had the curiosity to seekhim out. I found him living in a small cot-tage, containing only one room, but a perfectcuriosity in its method and arrangement. Itwas on the skirts of the village, on a greenbank, a little back from the road, with a smallgarden in front, stocked with kitchen-herbs,and adorned with a few flowers.
