Asparagus sprays clean up daily and galax, fancy ferns and smilax had a large demand all the week. An Officers' Meeting. The officers of the St. Louis Florists' Club met January 25 at the home of Secretary Beneke, all except Mr. Vennemann, the vice-president, being present. The meeting was called by President Windier for the purpose of making the coming club meetings at- tractive to the members, and a pro- gram was laid out for each meeting. Those present were E. J. Windier, W. C. Smith, W. C. Young, E. W. Guy, Frank A. Weber and J. J. Beneke. After an hour or so of talk the fol- lowing program was adopted: For the February meeting William C. Young will take up the subject of "Pot-grown ; In this he will be assisted by Frank Weber, C. E. De Wever and Jules Bourdet. For the March meeting Geo. B. Windier will talk on "Easter Plants," which will also be discussed by John Held, C. C. Sanders and E. Schray. For the April meeting "Summer Cut We Uuarantee Satisfaction.
