IJIi-MMJ THE HIGH SCHOOL LITERARY CLUB During previous years we have had a monthlySchool Magazine, but last year marked theepoch of the Literary Club, which took itsplace during the year, the magazine beingpublished only in June. Last year the Clubwas quite a success and this year we havedone our best to make it a still greater success. The membership of the Girls School w^asgreater than that of the Boys This was ap-parently due to the impossibility of the boysbinding themselves to attend the meetingsregularly. However, as for some unknown reason, they, as well as the girls, turned out inlarge numbers to the meetings of the Club, weshall say no more, but be content with theexcellent attendance each afternoon. Three meetings were held during the term,the first of which was free. At the other cents admission was charged.
