The Committee has used itchiefly in elegant table centers and cloths,in lamp-shades and in various articles toembellish a drawing- or this summer of 1919 it is being usedwith much success by important Frenchhouses as trimming for dainty ninon un-derclothing. Nineteenth century Point deFlandres, then, is little more than a com-mercial name for a very coarse kind ofPoint dAngleterre.
