Oriental Poppy “Tukenlouis”

Oriental Poppy (Papaver Orientale) is a perennial broadleaf and has crumpled hairy leaves of red, orange, pink, plum or white shade. The generic name comes from a Celtic word meaning "boiled". The seeds were turned into a slurry and added to a drink to aid in calming children down and helping them to sleep.
