Houses in Plimsol Street, Edgehill area of Liverpool ready for demolition after being compulsory purchased under the Kensington Regeneration Scheme and the Pathways Project from John Prescots office. In 2006 local resident Elizabeth Pascoe won an appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice to halt the scheme as it violated Human Rights of the local community residents.
