Pilgrims on top of Solomons Throne in the city of Osh. This rock has been a Muslim place of pilgrimage for many centuries since the Prophet Mohammed prayed there. The city of Osh was once one of the great cities of the Silk Road and of Central Asia, and is the second biggest city in the country situated in the unstable Ferghana valley, which is now becoming a hotbed if Islamic Fundamentalism.
