ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 22, 2015) A Marine with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit lifts weights during physical training on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). The Marines are attending a corporals course which prepares them to be successful noncommissioned officers.
