The 144th Fighter Wing was host to the 30th annual Silent Sleigh, December 7, 2016. Silent Sleigh is a joint effort among Fresno Unified School District, Madera Unified School District, Clovis Unified School District, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center, deaf community members, and the 144 Fighter Wing of the California Air National Guard to allow children who are deaf or hard of hearing a chance to interact with others and with a signing Santa and Mrs. Claus.
