Items that will be placed inside a time capsule are on display before the start of the Centennial Celebration Ceremony at Lejeune Field, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, Va., May 10, 2017. The event commemorates the founding of MCB Quantico in 1917, and consisted of performances by the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon and the Marine Drum & Bugle Corps.
